every piece is made to order just for you, which means we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing — so please check the size guide before ordering! 🩷

that said, we want you to love what you get. if your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email us at hello@eighteenminutes.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — a replacement or refund, on us.

a few notes:

• we can't cancel or change an order once production has started (usually within 24 hours of ordering)
• please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to a wrong address
• sale items are final
